Sunday, December 1st - Breakfast with Santa Deadline for Registration
This event is pre-sale only so Santa’s elves can plan accordingly. There will be a drop box at the Lake and
the Office to place this information in. This form needs to be filled out and
turned in by Sunday, December 1st. The form may be found in the November/December issue of the newsletter or
by clicking here:

If a pre-registration form is not returned to the Vikings, your child / children
will not be able to receive a gift from Santa. Be sure you have your membership card with you.

Sunday, December 8th - Breakfast With Santa
The House Committee is holding a pancake, scrambled eggs & sausage breakfast with Santa at the Lake Park starting at
9:00 AM. Santa will be arriving around 10:00 AM with gifts for all children age 10 and under who have
registered.
There also will be Children’s Activities.
All children and grandchildren (ages 10 and under) of Viking members may be registered.
Breakfast is $10.00 for all adults and unregistered children. For all children who are registered, breakfast is FREE.
This event is pre-sale only so Santa’s elves can plan accordingly.
Please register no later than Sunday, December 1, 2024.
Thursday, December 5th - Ingjald Lodge Meeting - Election of Officers
We will be holding Election of Officers. Voting is from 4 to 7:30 PM by secret ballot. Membership cards will be checked
ABSENTEE BALLOT
If you are out of state, you may submit a self-addressed, stamped envelope, a ballot will be mailed to you after the November 16th meeting. The unsigned completed ballot must be placed in a sealed plain unmarked envelope. The sealed plain envelope must be placed in a mailing envelope along with a copy of your paid up membership card. It must be received by December 6th. Any variation will result in an invalid ballot

Starts at 6:00 PM downtown.
Tuesday, November 10th - Newsletter Deadline for January/February Newsletter
This is a firm deadline to submit articles and information for the January/Feburary Newsletter. We want your news, drop off your news at the lodge office or e-mail to Ingjald@Windstream.net
Thursday, December 12th - Temple Corporation Meeting
Starts at 7:00 PM.

Tickets will be $10.00 for each for adult Ingjald member. Membership cards will be checked for this event
Each member will be allowed ONE adult guest. Guest tickets will be $15.00. Adults Only, No Children
All tickets will be pre-sale only. 2024 Membership cards will be available.

Club Closing
The Club will be closed as of Sunday, December 22nd and will reopen on Friday, January 17th The office will continue to be open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Lodge meetings will continue as usual. January 2nd at 7:30 PM for the Installation of the 2025 Officers and January 16th at 7:30 PM for the Annual Temple Corporation Meeting
