The 2025 Vikings 65 voting season is officially here!
There are 2 ways to vote:

1. Vote In Person at the Main Office
- Simply stop in and cast your vote.
- You must show your membership card.
- Voting hours are on December 4, 2025 from 4pm to 7:30pm.

2. Vote By Mail/Absentee Voting

- Fill it out and mail it to the main office.

- NOTE: Current by-laws state that absentee ballots are only for members who will be out of New York state on the election day.

Eligibility & Limitations
- You MUST be a Vikings member to vote.
- You may NOT vote both in person and by mail.
- Only ONE vote per member is allowed.
- In person voting hours are December 4, 2025 from 4pm – 7:30pm.
- NOTE: Current by-laws state that mail-in/absentee ballots are only for members who will be out of New York state on the election day.
📬 Mail-In / Absentee Ballot Rules
- The completed ballot must be printed, filled out with blue or black ink, and placed in an unmarked, sealed envelope with no other documents inside.
- That unmarked envelope must then be placed into a second envelope along with a copy of your membership card.
- Seal the outer envelope and mail it to:

Deadlines
- Mail-in ballots MUST be received in the office by December 3, 2025.
- Any ballots received after this date will not be counted.
- In person voting hours are December 4, 2025 from 4pm – 7:30pm.
Invalid Ballots
- Ballots not sealed alone in an unmarked envelope, or sealed inside a marked envelope, will be considered null and void.
